20 Jun 2024 – The First Progress Report Meeting for KIK (Kumpulan Inovatif & Kreatif) Project - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) 2024 was held on Thursday from 9.00 AM to 11.00 AM in Meeting Room 1, UMPSA Gambang Library.

Let’s excel together! A number of 183 Form Six students from three schools in Pekan district namely SMK Tengku Abdullah, SMK Sultan Ahmad, and SMK Dato’ Mahmud Mat were involved in a one-day MUET seminar organised by DRB-HICOM University of Automotive Malaysia on 13 June 2024. Four senior language teachers – Ms. Noor Azlinda Zainal Abidin, Ms. Nor Suhardiliana binti Sahar, Ms. Nursyafawati binti Sabuan, and Ms. Norasisah Nurul Fatwa binti Mohd Razali – from Centre for Modern Languages, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah were invited as speakers in this program which was collaborated with Pekan District Education Office. These language teachers are experts in their field.

14 Jun 2024 – Selaras dengan hasrat dan usaha universiti dalam pendekatan kampus lestari serta mesra alam, seluruh penghuni bangunan Pusat Bahasa Moden (PBM) telah disarankan menjadikan amalan Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) sebagai amalan yang berterusan. EKSA merupakan penjenamaan semula amalan 5S yang berhasrat mewujudkan persekitaran tempat kerja yang berkualiti dan kondusif selain memperkukuhkan budaya organisasi berprestasi tinggi dan inovatif. Matlamat dan hasrat ini hanya dapat dicapai dengan adanya kerjasama semua penghuni PBM dan usaha yang konsisten.

31 May - the Mandarin Language Society (MLS) of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), in collaboration with the Centre for Modern Languages (CML) and GIFT Education Studio, jointly organised a community service event entitled “Further Education Pathway and University Admission Guidance Programme”. The one-day event took place at UMPSA, Pekan campus and was spearheaded Kang Mei Feng, advisor of the MLS and a Mandarin teacher from CML, along with Neo Xiu Jie, a German teacher from the same centre. They welcomed three teachers and 16 secondary school students aged between 14 and 18 from SM Chong Hwa Kuantan, SMJK Hwa Lian, SMK Jerantut, SMK Temin, SMK Gudang Rasau, and SMK Tanah Puteh.
