This event held particular significance for the students enrolled in UHL2432 English for Professional Communication, who were scheduled to undergo mock job interview assessments the following week.
The International Conference on Language Learning and Teaching (ICoLLT) 4.0 2024 was successfully held on May 20-21, 2024, at Perdana Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Organised by Centre for Modern Languages, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Malaysia, in collaboration with Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), Thailand, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMC), Vietnam, the conference brought together scholars and researchers from across the region.

Karnival Jom Masuk U 2024 meriah dengan hampir 70 buah reruai pelbagai agensi Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Awam dan Swasta yang menyajikan pelbagai informasi dan aktiviti menarik untuk para pengunjung.
The Centre for Modern Languages, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) successfully conducted a Global Classroom session for the Spanish for Beginners course (UHF1151). The session was held on May 12, 2024 via the Microsoft Teams. The objective of this Global Classroom was to expose UMPSA students to the practical use of Spanish in both spoken and written communication, as well as to enhance the students’ proficiency in Spanish.
From May 6-10, 2024 – A team of 10 English language instructors of the Centre for Modern Languages (CML) engaged with 26 Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA Kuantan (KKTM) in the English Competency Training. The training, which was carried out at KKTM Kuantan Perpustakaan Al Jazari and Smart Classroom, aims to improve understanding and mastery of the English language to improve the KKTM technical instructors’ teaching and learning quality in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) arena.
