Centre for Modern Languages had successfully conducted a Global Classroom (GC) for Malay for Intermediate (UHF2161) course. This GC was held on 7 of June 2021 via an online platform (Google Meet). Participants of this event were among the UMP students who enrolled in Malay for Intermediate course in Semester II, 2021 and a number of international students who voluntarily joined this Global Classroom.

5 June 2021- The Centre for Modern Languages’ Kindy Talk Team successfully organised a 3-hour free online workshop on Using Technology for Early Childhood Educators via Google Meet from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. with 17 early childhood educators, many of whom are from Kuantan and 3 as far as from Selangor and Kelantan.
15 April 2021 - The Competency Unit of Centre for Modern Languages (CML) jointly with the Student Affairs and Alumni Department (SAffAD) conducted an English Written Test for students who were shortlisted for Etiqa Takaful - UMP Foundation Excellence Scholarship.
Mandarin Language Society (MLS) had successfully organized a Mandarin Language learning event named “Mentor-Mentee Mandarin Programme” from 20th March to 10th April 2021 (on every Saturday), at 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This program was held through online platform via Google Meet within the duration of 4 weeks.
