Pekan, 22 January 2021- The first virtual meeting was held between Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and Tianjin Normal University, China to discuss potential collaborations between the two universities. The three-hour meeting began at 10 a.m. and ended at about 1 p.m.

Professor Dr. Ain Nadzimah Abdullah’s 1-hour webinar session made sociolinguistic studies exciting by providing insightful examples of language variations such as ‘burger boy talk’, as well as of studies that are ongoing and that had been done.
