PrRiSM PULSECHECK: STRENGTHENING TEAMWORK THROUGH EXPERIENCE

KUANTAN, 6 December – PrRiSM PulseCheck was held on 5–6 December at Kempville, Kempadang, Kuantan. The two-day programme aimed to strengthen teamwork, resilience, and communication among PrRiSM members through hands-on activities.

The programme began with a flying fox activity, where participants were encouraged to overcome their fears and build confidence. This set the tone for stepping out of comfort zones throughout the programme.

In the evening, members walked towards Kempadang Beach for planned activities, but due to high tide, the activity was cancelled for safety reasons. The group adapted quickly and spent the night around a campfire, taking part in a “We Listen, We Don’t Judge” session that promoted openness, respect, and understanding within the team.

At around 11.00 p.m., participants joined a night jungle walk. The activity challenged them to face their fears and stay focused, while qualified trainers closely supervised the walk to ensure safety.

The next morning, despite light rain, members completed an obstacle-course-style activity, showing perseverance and teamwork. This was followed by a river-crossing team activity using a so-called “boat”, where success depended on coordination and clear communication.

The programme concluded with a closing ceremony where teams were recognised for their strengths and team spirit. Prizes were awarded to:

  • The Chill-So-Hard-We-Might-Hibernate Crew
  • Good-Sport but Make It Iconic Gang
  • Peak Havoc Squad
  • The Discipline Elites
  • S-Tier Hype Scream Team

PrRiSM PulseCheck at Kempville demonstrated that teamwork is built through shared challenges, adaptability, and mutual support. Through these experiences, members strengthened both their working relationships and their sense of unity as a team.
