WEBINAR ON PSYCHOSOCIAL: MANAGING EMOTIONAL STRESS WHILE WORKING FROM HOME
06 OCTOBER 2021 - A Webinar entitled Psychosocial: Management of Emotional Stress While Working from Home was held using the Microsoft team platform as one of the initiatives of the Occupational Safety and Health Unit, Centre for Modern Languages (CML).
The invited speaker Associate Professor Dr. Ezrin Hani binti Sukadarin, Occupational Safety and Health, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) shared her wisdom on the issue and was assisted by Mr. Khairul Amri bin Abdul Aziz as the moderator for this program. This webinar aims to provide exposure and awareness specifically to CML staff as well as UMP staff on how to conduct a proper and effective management of emotional stress while working from home. The webinar was participated by various participants consisting of staff from various departments other than CML such as staff from Faculty of Computing, Faculty of Industrial Sciences and Technology, Library and many more.
Effective management of emotional stress while working from home is a very important action to be taken to help employees to control the pressure and work stress effectively and assist them in improving work performance while working from home.
The webinar lasted for one (1) hour and for the last 10 minutes were enlivened by a question-and-answer session for participants.
