CUESTIONARIO DE ESPAÑOL (SPANISH QUIZ)
The Cuestionario De Español (Spanish Quiz) program organized by the Espansia Club was successfully held on 21 January 2022 via Google Meet. This program is an initiative of the Spanish club to provide a fun and interactive environment for students to learn Spanish. The objectives of the program are to introduce Spanish language as one of the international languages in the world, as a medium of spreading the importance of learning Spanish, and to attract students’ interest to learn Spanish.
The quiz was conducted by the advisor of the club, Señora Azlina bt Mohd Ariffin. The program started at 7.45 pm and ended at 9.30 pm. A total of 52 students joined the quiz and they were given the room code for Kahoot. It was an exciting moment for the participants. The participants not only can improve their Spanish vocabulary, but also to identify their mistakes and the topics that need to be improved. In addition, participants also can recognize their level of Spanish proficiency when competing with other participants.
It is hoped that through this program, students will be motivated to learn Spanish and other foreign languages. Other than that, this program can be a great opportunity to open doors for collaboration between Universiti Malaysia Pahang and other universities.
